TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.TERMS

All products are brand new and come with full factory warranty{unless
specified or stated otherwise}.We want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase.

Defective returns: You may return defective items to us within 30 for
exchange {less shipping & handling charges}. After 30 days the manufacturer's
warranty will apply.

Non-defective returns:You may return non-defective merchandise within 5 days of receipt of
product. You must email us at contact@allsecuritydepot.com and request a return
for refund authorization number during these 5 days.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED.

WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO CONTACT OUR SECURITY SPECIALISTS REGARDING THE FINAL SALE ITEMS BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION OR CONCERN. YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR CONCERN.

All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in its original factory
condition including boxes, manuals, adapters, packing materials and
warranty card {not filled out} and any other accessories. You must
obtain a request authorization number from us at
contact@allsecuritydepot.com before any merchandise is returned.
Any product returned without an RMA# issued by allsecuritydepot.com will
be refused and sent back to the buyer.

Refunds for any reason will not be honored and the
warrantee will be voided if the product returned is altered/modified
in any way, {e.g. cut cable, wrong power supply, painted over, etc.}.
So please if you have a special need or request for a product let us
do it for you. We will consider any of your requests and make it the
way you like it.

FREE SHIPPING PROMO AND REFUNDS:

ALTHOUGH YOU MAY HAVE CHOSEN FREE SHIPPING, SHIPPING IS NOT FREE. THIS SERVICE CHARGE COLLECTED BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY MUST BE RECOVERED IN THE EVENT A PRODUCT IS RETURNED FOR A REFUND. THE ACTUAL SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.

THE COMPANY POLICY IS NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.

2.LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS.

corp., to determine and comply with all federal, state and local laws
and regulations in regard to the purchase, possession and use of all
products offered. When applicable, products sold may be subject to
Public Law 90-351, Title III, 18 U.S.D., Section 2511. Purchaser
assumes all liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or
unlawful use of any of the products offered. By placing an order, the
Purchaser represents that he/she is of legal age to receive the
products ordered and that the products will be used in a legal and
lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state and
local laws. Audio is available to law enforcement personnel only.
